Message overview

(CRM - customer loyalty by means of communication)

a) Click the icon for the message module.

b) Switch between the message inbox and outbox by clicking Inbox or Outbox.

c) Placeholder for the messages. This list can take up any number of messages. 

d) Use the magnifier icon to search for a message using keywords.

Create message

(CRM - customer loyalty by means of communication)

a) Click +New message.


 

b) Pick a recipient from the list.

c) Enter the subject matter.

d) Enter your message.

e) Click save to send your message.

Form entries

(CRM - customer loyalty by means of communication)

a) In the overview you can see the number of form entries that were made, as well as the forms where they originated.

b) Click this link to open the form entry notification.

c) Mark the entry as 'read' or 'unread'.

d) Use the recycle bin icon to delete the entry.


e) When opening a form entry, you will see all the information that has been entered into the form by the user.
